On June 18, 2014, Dongjiang Environmental planned to obtain 60% equity of Xiamen Oasis Environmental Industrial Co., Ltd. through capital increased by cash and equity transfer: on the one hand, to first obtain 20% equity of Xiamen Oasis through capital increase of 0.125 billion yuan; on the other hand, to obtain 40% equity through equity transfer from original shareholder of Xiamen Oasis.
