●Through resource utilization of waste containing heavy metal, annually output recycled products of about 70000t and accumulatively save energies of about 50000t standard coal: equivalent to greenhouse gas emissions of RMB 0.45 billion yuan GDP output value;
●Annually generate electric energy of about 0.1 billion kilowatt hours through utilizing marsh gas, to supply year-round use of about 100 thousand households, and reduce pollution of 860 billion cubic meters of landfill gas to the atmospheric environment;
●Set up emergency response teams for environment rescue, as the supporting unit for environment rescue of local environmental protection departments;
